Meet Our Staff:

April Tucker, PT, DPT

     April is a native of Skaneateles, New York and completed her Physical Therapy Training at Daemen College in Buffalo, New York in 1989.  She later returned to Daemen College and completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in January 2009. 


     April has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association since 1986  and a local private practice owners group, ValueNet PT, since 2010. ValueNet PT was formed to lobby against patients high co pays and other insurance issues. April is also active in Marcellus Rotary, Skaneateles Community Band and Skaneateles United Methodist Church Missions. April enjoys: cross country skiing, snow shoeing, biking, swimming, running, hiking, crafts and being with family/friends.  


  April's area of interested in Physical Therapy includes: general orthopedics, sports, and post surgical rehab.  April is trained in McKenzie techniques and she has taken continuing education focusing on Evidence-based practice and manual techniques  in cervical. lumbar, thoracic, hip, knee, ankle and shoulder injuries.


April’s goal is to improve her skills through continuing education provide the best quality physical therapy care, in central New York, in a friendly caring environment.


Steven P.  VanDreason, P.T. 

      Steve is a 1997 graduate from Utica College of Syracuse University with a B. S.  in Physical Therapy, and has worked extensively with outpatients for 16 years treating most orthopedic and sports injuries.

     Steve has continued his education focusing on mechanical assessment and treatment of the lumbar, thoracic and cervical spine involving McKenzie principles, and has specialized and  concentrated in treatment of various shoulder impairments. He is also trained in treating a vertigo condition called Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV) through Epley exercise/technique.

Steve is married with 2 children, and enjoys running, exercise and hiking.

Megan Leubner, PTA

Megan is a physical therapist assistant who recently graduated from the PTA program at Onondaga Community College. Megan is a native of Skaneateles, NY and has worked at rebound since it opened in February, 2005. First starting as a secretary and physical therapist aide, Megan is now NYS licensed as a physical therapist assistant. Megan enjoys a variety of athletic activities including running and cycling.

Shelley Hay, NYS Licensed Massage Therapist

  Shelly is a New York State licensed Message Therapist with 17 years experience and a consistent clientele.  A graduate of the Finger Lakes School of Massage, Shelly specializes in Deep Tissue massage and trigger point therapy. She is also certified in Releasing the Rotator Cuff (Cross Country Education).

Her experience includes being contracted by the music group New Kids On The Block.

Antonina M. Franks, PT, DPT

     Toni is a physical therapist with eight years of experience treating a variety of patients in outpatient, inpatient and aquatic environments. She received her doctorate from Arcadia University in Pennsylvania in 2007 and has furthered her education through continuing education. Her areas of study have included Mckenzie techniques, Myofascial Release (as taught by John Barnes), rehabilitation of patients with Parkinson’s disease and shoulder and ankle rehabilitation. 

     She is a recent transplant to central New York and she and her husband with their three children have recently made their home in Skaneateles, NY. Her interests include studying acupuncture, nutrition, and yoga.

Jennifer Dunning, MS, PT

     Jennifer graduated from Ithaca College with a BS/degree in physical therapy in 1991 and from Syracuse University with a Master's Degree in Exercise Science in 1995.  

     Her experience includes two years at Crouse Hospital from 1991-1993, two years at HealthSouth from 1993-1995 and ten years with the Syracuse City School District from 1995-present. In addition Jennifer works at Sprout Therapy Group 2013-present and most recently at Rebound Sports and Orthopedic Physical Therapy.  Jennifer’s skill strengths include pediatrics and outpatient populations.

     She enjoys spending time with her husband Paul and their four children watching children's sports and musical endeavors. Jennifer also enjoys running.
